Bon Pachay Buon

On March 03-04, 2007, a traditional-religious ceremony called Bon Pachay Buon was organized at Srepor Village, Char Commune, Preykabas District of Takéo Province , Cambodia. The 2 day-Bon Pachay Buon was organized by devotees LOEK Tith and Chhak Vuoch Meng and their children and grand children. The Bon was atteded by their relatives and the villagers. It was a remarkable event in the community as it was accompagned by tradiotional music called Pin Peat. In addition, at the evening, there was a 3-bed sermon while the Tripitaka was recited by 4 professional narators. There was also some activities such as releasing birds for peace, offering rice soup to the Monks. 40 local lanterns also flied.
